All goods remain the property of Quality Components Ltd. Until paid in full.

Free issue material processed at customers own risk.

All parts supplied self-finish, as cut, unless otherwise agreed.

All prices subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Standard terms 30 days from end of the month – approved accounts only.

Minimum order charge may apply on small order quantities.

Invoice & P.O.D. queries to be made within 30 days.

Quotations valid for 14 days.

In the event of error, liability will be limited to replacement of parts.
