FABRICATION SHOP

Quality Components set up it's fabrication shop over 10 years ago in 2007 after numerous enquiries from it's laser cutting customers to provide secondary operations, such as bending, drilling, tapping etc. as well as manufacturing complete assemblies.

They are housed in a unit approx. 150 metres away from the main laser cutting factory, meaning that parts can easily be shipped between the 2 units, but the laser shop is kept clear of any potential contaminants of the fabrication shop.

All parts are manufactured to a very high standard to meet your requirements, and include office furniture, prison doors, shelters vacuum lifts, and playground equipment.

We work in most metals including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
 

FABRICATION SHOP CAPACITY

• 2 Press Brakes (100 Tonne & 320 Tonne) forming up to 4 metres long and 20 mm thick

• MIG Welding

• TIG Welding

• Rollers

• Pillar Drills for Drilling, Reaming, Tapping and Countersinking

• Bandsaw

• Rivet Nut & Stud Insertion

• Finishing operations such as Powder Coating, Plating, Polishing and Painting can also be organised.
